Introduction The curriculum and methodology are designed so that on completion of the course students are able to design a business strategy and implement the most adequate policies for a successful international business. Aims The course is targeted at people: - who are able to evolve within the heart of international organisations, - who are capable of inducing and managing flexibility and changes as a result of the application of new technologies, the appearance of new markets, social evolution and the increased globalisation of economy, - who are open-minded and receptive, communicative, creative and feel at ease in international business environments. Diploma Students who successfully complete the course during the academic year 2008/2009 and have an accredited university degree by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science will obtain the Official Master of International Business degree through Camilo José Cela University, the Master of International Business through EAE Business School and the "Diplôme de Formation Supérieure au Management" by IPAG- Institut de Préparation à l'Administration et la Gestion. Number of credits: 60 ECTS credits. Assesment Master classes are combined with practical skills training, real case resolution and exercises individually or in group. WORKING METHOD It is based on a three stage learning process: presentation, development and application. -PRESENTATION of the syllabus and recognition of its practical application to obtain an enthusiastic and active participation of students in all aspects of the course. -DEVELOPMENT of the syllabus through detailed explanation of issues, self-awareness and self-knowledge, didactic techniques, individual and group exercises and projects, and encouragement of student participation in class. -APPLICATION of specialist knowledge acquired through business simulation exercises.
