I. Course Objectives:
- Introduction to Latin language.
- Reading and understanding of easy texts with special emphasis on analysis.
- Introduction to Roman culture and literature.
II. Course Description:
- The course will consist basically in a general presentation of all aspects of Latin Grammar.
- The necessary skills for a morpho-syntactical analysis will be provided and put into practice.
- Several readings from selected works of Latin literature will be proposed and the student should prepare a paper on one aspect.
